Payment of order
Please note that we do not offer accounts. All orders are shipped once payment has been received in full. Payments can be made by direct deposit or via credit card.
Orders are shipped out of our Melbourne warehouse the next working day after we receive your order. Orders placed before 12 noon Australian Eastern Standard time can often be shipped on the same day.
Australian domestic orders. Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post and TNT courier. Please allow approx 3-7 working days for delivery. Orders over $300 are shipped for free.
Express shipping- Express Australia Post shipping is available for most Australian domestic orders. Prices vary depending on size and weight of order.
In Store Pick Ups
Please contact us if you would like to make an appointment to visit our showroom. We are located in West Footscray, Melbourne, Australia.
You may return as new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
TRACKING NUMBER AND SIGNATURE- Items must be sent as 'signature on deilivery with a tracking number'. A refund will not be processed for any item that has been misplaced due to the sender not sending the item via the correct shipping method.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
